Installation

  1. ### Create the project Composer installs the kernel, first-party packages and PSR contracts.

    composer create-project webkernel/webkernel

  2. ### Install dependencies From the webkernel/ application directory. The launcher keeps Composer's temporary files in runtime/tmp/.

    ./composer install

  3. ### Start the local server Wraps PHP's built-in server with the Webkernel router. Not for production; use Nginx, Apache or FPM there.

    ./platform server

    Options: --host, --port (auto-increments), --profile-lifecycle, --with-jit.

  4. ### Verify OPcache Mandatory. Without it the kernel budget is not reachable.

php -r "echo opcache_get_status()['opcache_enabled'] ? 'OPcache Active' : 'OPcache Disabled';"
