We point the company to the most relevant solution, even when it is not ours: a standard market tool, or postponing a project when that is wiser.

Two development modes

Automation and AI: predictable first

Fixed rules come first and always give the same result. AI is added where rules are not enough, and can draft part or all of a document whose structure stays fixed. Example: a factory where every movement triggers an alert and managers learn to ignore them. With a vision model, only what matters reaches them.
